Ray did his work very professionally and my fireplace works again. Ray quickly identified the problem and fixed it without parts replacement. I hope my fireplace will soundly operate without causing another problem anymore but if it happens again, I will call Ray again without hesitation.

Mark Barbetta

Very good service and very friendly!

Mitch Keane

Ray came to service my two gas fireplaces this morning. He was superb. Very knowledgable, articulate, answered all of my questions and in fact, saved me some money on other options I was considering. I would highly recommend Ray and the fireplace club/AM Group Heating.

Greggo

Thank you very much to The Fireplace Club for sending Ray! He is an amazing technician—punctual, thorough, and efficient in addressing all my concerns. I’ve dealt with other companies in the past, but none with technicians as impressive as those at The Fireplace Club. I will be relying on them for all my future fireplace needs!

Nada Barrett

Ray was just at our home to service our gas fireplace and I think HE should run a master class on how to do the job properly. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about the product, helpful in providing tips for best use of product, respectful of our home…Ray worked in a way that showed it mattered to him to do the best job possible. There are many who could learn a great deal from Ray. Thanks so much!
